This place always tries to bait and witch ya just picked up tires on a internet special and they trued to charge me 60 dollars for tires insalation in two tires yesterday when my mom went in they tried ti charge her 100 dollars a tire that are 50 buks a pop only go here if you like being hustled and now after my 70 year old mother went up there to get a refund for me because I was given the wrong size of tire they literally tried to hard sell her again and then offered a refund on a gift card which is literally a slap in the face after making me go get cash for a internet order? This makes no sense seeing how I will never do business with you all again. So my 70 year old mom went up ther for my refund they tried to sell her more expensive tires again instead of just replacing them like any place would do. This is a extremely bad way to run a place and can't believe this is how you all treat customers. I just want my money back the same way I paid you all. This is childish and unprofessional was told straight upI could not get a cash refund so ya'll lie too it's crazy,how this biss is ran

It was about 30 minutes until closing and even though they were super busy, they still made the deliberate effort to squeeze us in. We were out of town, trying to get back home, and knew we were running out of options for the night. God bless Colton and his team over at Pep Boys. 10/10 recommend; if you’re looking for a place where quality and great customer service meet, this is the place to go. Thank you guys again!

This Pep Boys has a great team behind their services. I came in during the 4th of July tire sale and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. 10/10 will be back for future maintenance.

Had a flat tire and Pep Boys fixed it very fast. The service was great, staff was professional and helpful. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and good customer service. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this Pep Boys. They did an excellent job on my oil change and inspection, and the whole team was friendly and professional. Big shoutout to Val and Trey especially. They were helpful, welcoming, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate the service and would definitely come back.
